In addition to opening a new restaurant in the Pinecrest area, Giraffas recently hired a new addition to its operational repertoire, Mr. Michael Loeffler, Director of Operations. Fortunately for Giraffas, Loeffler brings with him plenty of knowledge and background in the Casual Fast-Food sector, and will be a key figure in the daily operations of all Giraffas USA locations. Loeffler, has been a strategic component in the hiring process for the Pinecrest location and says, he has “hired all positions for the restaurant and is looking forward to opening the doors in Pinecrest.” In his short time at Giraffas, Loeffler has demonstrated superior understanding in streamlining costs and efficiency.
We sat down with Michael Loeffler to get the inside scoop on the Pinecrest restaurant, which we will share with you and although we can’t give an exact date to the open, we can say “very, very soon!”

11:00am to 12:00am Friday and Saturday
